Calendar problems on MS Exchange 5.5

I am running Exchange 5.5 using Outlook 2000.
For some reason 2 of my users loses calendar
events constantly. I also told my user not to
accept invites when in offline mode and also
used the Outlook switch to clear the free busy
folder but still having the same problem.
