Calendar sharing

Dear all,

I would like to know is this is possible, I am sharing my calendar with my colleague with full permission in MS-Outlook 2003 and I have MS-exchange server 5.5.Now he is updating my calendar everyday what he wants is if he fix some meeting in his calendar it should reflect automatically in my calendar and vice versa like if I type something he should see.

Thanks in advance
