Can not load 2 borderbun programs on my

XP was loaded on my ccomputer when purchased it it. It is a Sony Vaio PVC RX 540 Celeron. any sugestions as to how to load them. The round robin was done on me after doing a few things Broderbun said it was Sony problem called Sony they said it wasBroderbun problem call back each over 4-times kept getting same answer. Can not load my preivious Programs now either Broderbun Platinum 11 can it be drivers or any other sugesstions would be helpful ddon’t thinl either Broderbun or Sony will helpat all.
