Can not open attachment in Outlook

Hi all,

This problem occurs when a user trys to open an email which has an attachment.

All of a sudden users are not able to open attachments in MS Exchange. The problem is Global. An error message appears stating the MS Outlook cannot open the attachment. The email opens without the attachment.

I have no ides why. I cant even get to the attachment to try to save it to disk and then open it.
