Can not send packets over my wireless connection

Ok, this is driving me crazy! I have a Belkin FSD7050 and I can receive packets but I am unable to send any. I have installed and re-installed the drivers about 4 times. Now that being said I am an IT pro and I can not fix my own stuff! LOL! Aint that a laugh. Can anyone help a dumbfounded IT Tech out?
