Cannot display text’s color and all email in Inbox

My Outlook Express 6 cannot display whatever color i changed for text but it can saw by the recipient.

And all my Inbox’s email cannot show, but i check the file for Inbox.dbx, it still occupied around 2.3MB.

Even i tried to reinstall also cannot works.

What happen with this? Any solution?
