Cannot get email outside local domain

I got a mail receiving problem that is ALL STAFF cannot get email outside of local domain(eg. cannot get email from yahoo, hotmail, etc.), but we can send email to everyone in the same(local) domain and any other mail systems(eg, hotmail and yahoo, ect.), I use win2k ADV server + E2k server
