Cannot see messages

After the hard drive containing the PST reported errors with a CHKDSK at boot time, I discovered the PST file was missing completely.

I then proceeded to run EasyRecovery RawRecovery util to recover what I could. The result was 5 PST files.

ScanPST ran without error. As did EmailRecovery under EasyRecovery, which revealed that it recovered 10 folders and 295 messages.

However in neither case can I see any messages nor folders when opening the respective PST files in Outlook.

I’m presently at a loss. Any guidance would be appreciated.
