can’t delete e-mail message

Using Outlook 98 – User received an e-mail and tries to delete it. User gets “unknown error” when trying to delete. When I, as administrator, add her profile to my account and look in her inbox, the message is gone. I have tried deleting and recreating her profile on her machine, but it still shows the message in her inbox. What can I do to correct this?
