Can’t delete files and folders

I need your help
I downloaded a trainng kit for mcad mcsd and I had to extract it from iso file to normal files and folders. After, I coulnd’t move the files, then I was going to delete them, but a lot of them can’t be deleted.
Is there a posibility to delete those folders and files from PC?
Some of the files that can’t be deleted are normal folders with diferent names,normal files with diferent name like IEBATCH.TXT …
Can somebody help me please ?
