Can’t delete shortcut in the Desktop

My friend introduce me an educational software, we installed it then after that we are having a problem because there is no uninstall options. The worse is, there is a shortcut in the desktop which if you want to delete u can’t even when u right click it theres no options to delete u it has only create a shortcut and copy. What should i Do.
