Can’t open subfolders after Exchange 5.5 upgrade

We upgraded from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 this weekend and almost everything was fine. A few employees are experiencing the followning issue. If they switch from the Inbox to another folder, Outlook shuts down. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what was the resolution.
