can’t open wordperfect file

I’m having problem openning a wordperfect file in Word XP. It will open up but all the formating and fonts are all screwed up. This only happen on one particular workstation, it works fine at other stations. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling office but that didn’t help. I have also tried deleting the normal.dot file but nothing seem to work. Does anybody have any suggestion or has anybody had this problem before? Thanks!
