cc:Mail to Outlook Migration

Our School System Network is migrating our e-mail from Lotus cc:Mail to Exchange Server Outlook Web Access. I support about 180 users on one cc:Mail post office. The network folks have completed the migration and any mail sent to the old cc:Mail system is being forwarded to the new system. My issue is trying to recover personal address books from cc:Mail and to import those addresses into Outlook. I have downloaded and tried to use the Microsoft Migration toolkit, but the program cc8priv just hangs. Does anyone have or know of a utility to export cc:Mail personal address books by the user? I have also tried the Lotus export tool to no avail.
