Cd/DVD Ladel

Does anyone know of a good software/package that i can use to put my cd ladels onto my cd/dvds.
I would also like to have the device where i can put the cd label onto the cd. I am using Avery software at the momenent but my cd label does not print in the correct position and when i come to put the label on the disc that does not go on straight
