Cd Labels

I have cd labels to put onto cds. In the package this is a page that shows me the measurements.
This can be used for various things for example for the margins, for top bottom etc.

How can i use this information in Word (Office 2003) so that i can them print my labels correctly and straight.

I would be grateful if you would give me a detailed description as i am a learner in Office Word
