CD-Rom drive error ??

Hello, my computer works fine so far , it is only if I want to play a certain game ( Diablo II) I get this message .I have 2 drives and both don,t work ! Any other CD-Rom works fine. If I uninstall and install the game new , it works.
Can you help, what’s wrong ?
