cd-rom drive error

CD-Rom drive error ??
Hello, my computer works fine so far , it is only if I want to play a certain game I get this message .I have 2 drives and both don’t work ! Any other CD-Rom works fine. If I uninstall and reinstall the game new , it works.
Can you help , what’s wrong ?
