Chang my exchange password

I am running an Exchange server with Exchange 2k on a 2000 server machine. I go in to change a global domain users password. After which, when they log into their Outlook (which is Office 2003), they now have to supply a password (which is I assume because their profile still recognizes the old password). How do you change it so the exchange server recognizes the new password instead of prompting them each time?
