Change Case in SQL 2000

I have a set of tables in a SQL 2000 database. The information (names and addresses) has been entered in ‘CAPITAL LETTERS’ and I need to alter this to ‘Sentence Case’. I can’t just use upper and lower as the fields contain details that need capital letters at the start of each word. Does anyone know if there a way of converting this? EG ’14 PARK LANE’ needs to become ’14 Park Lane’
