Change from Netscape to Outlook Express

Hello All,
My company finally got out from under a long term contract with Netscape. So we do not have to continue to use old buggy ver 4.x. Would like to change the users who have WIN 95, 98 and ME over to IE 5 and use Outlook Express for their email. Does anyone know if you can import or transfer the users email and address book from netscape over to outlook express?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
