Changing email program within Excel

We use Outlook XP for our email program.

Normally, within Excel, you can click File | Sendto | Mail Recipient and it will trigger an email within Outlook.

However, I have one user who does this and it triggers Outlook Express.

I have searched everywhere within the program to figure out how to change this but can’t find a solution. Any ideas?
