Changing Licensed to in Office

I saw an artical but did not save it. It was how to change the “Licensed To” name in Office 2000
We have had some changes in the company and instead of uninstalling and reinstalling Office I would just like to reconfigure it to fit the new user. How do I change the name the product is licensed to. This is a Win98 SE OS.
