Checkpoint module becomes untrusted

secureplatform fp2 edition2 with securexl and clusterxl (High availability mode).
everything was fine for half a year, suddenly the management loose trust with the modules.
on the status manager you see untrusted on the modules, reboot returns them to connected.
the only changes are the configuration got bigger (about 80 rules and 1500 objects) and more traffic to handle.
Does anyone knows this problem?
What is it and how to solve it?
