Citrix end user can not open IE6 and Ms Outlook 2003

My citrix clients can not open their IE6 or Microsoft Outlook 2003. Every thing else is working fine except these two. It was working fine before but sudenly it start to act like this. If any one have an Idea how to solve this problem, I am please your help. Thanks
