Configuring a Burner as a 2nd hard drive

How do I configure Windows 98 so that I can use my cd writer as a second hard drive? When I want to save a file, I want it to be written to the CD in the CD burner immediately. I don’t want to save the file to C:\ then open a program to copy the file to the CD. thanks
