When one of my users click the ‘To’ button when writing a message, and then drops the box down to choose her personal ‘Contacts’ list, she gets access denied messages. This seems to be due to the fact she has selected another user’s contacts folder. She has 3 such folders, each of them for a previous user of this computer. However, I can’t find one for her own mailbox account. She used to have one before we moved her to this computer. I can’t find anywhere to add a contacts list to her Outlook settings. All I can find are the 3 other users’ lists.
Any idea what I’m missing here?
