Contacts in Outlook

A user in my company has populated her outlook contact with e-mails, but when she composes a new e-mail and goes to select a contact, the contact is empty. the global a=ddress list contains entries, just her personal contacts are not showing up. I would like to know the physical location of the contacts folder in outlook.
