Contacts Subfolders

Has anybody figured out a way in Outlook XP SP1 or SP2 to get the contact subfolders to show up when creating a new message. It doesn’t happen to all my users, just a few. When they choose “create new mail message”, click on the to: then go to contacts, there are none of their subfolder contacts there. If they browse through the contacts sidebar, they see them OK.
