Convert to .MDB

Hello,

I have a HTML and DOC file which are filled with URL’s of the websites. Now i want to update my sofwtare with the website in that file. I want to convert either of the file to .mdb format so that i can update the URL’s within the file. Can anyone help me with the conversion of the html or doc file to mdb file.
I tried to save that file as .mdb but when i opened the file its said that the file is in unrecognisable format.
