Convert WangVS Cobol to alternate Cobol

Does anyone know a way to automatically or semi-automatically convert WangVS Cobol source code to AcuCobol Cobol, Vax Cobol, or any other major Cobol language? I am looking for no cost or little cost options only at this point.
