Convert WordPerfect 6.1 to MS Word 2000

Is there a shareware, freeware or shrink wrap software to convert all (end-users with hundreds of WordPerfet files) WordPerfect 6.1 files for IBM compatible into Microsoft Word 2000 for the IBM compatible?
