Create personal folder on outlookXP

I’m using outlookXP/exchange mail at work. I copied all my .pst files from my old drive and put on network drive. When I import the .pst files from network drive to my inbox on new computer, the error display “the operation failed because your mailbox exceeded limit”. How can I create personal folder on outlookXP and import al my .pst files???
