Creating a label program in Access

I need to create a label program in Access where the user enters a prefix for a group of labels, then enters the number of labels the he/she wants to print and the output would look like this

REEL #
RM2-999

Each label would include “REEL #” as a title and the prefix RM2 would change per deparment. Each label would have a different sequential number on it such 990, 991, 992, 993 based on the number of the labels the user entered to be printed.

Can Access does this?
