Creating a reminder for call-back dates

I created a simple Customer Management database to track a company’s accreditations. I have a single table that contains company info and various contacts within the company that I deal with. I have a field for a “call-back” date for each contact. I want to create a sub-form on my main company form that flags all call-backs for that day (and any missed calls that have not been deleted) whenever I open the main form. What is the VBA code that will populate a call-back form?
