Creating WMI filters

I want to create a WMI filter for a group policy on a 2003 domain controller to explude a certain computer name from applying the policy to that computer. I downloaded WMI code creator and generated the code to get the computer name, but dont know what to do from there. Dont I need an “if” and an “equals” somewere in there? I also downloaded WMI admin tools, but that just confussed me even worse.
