crystal reports on exchange 2000 server

I want to install crystal reports on a windows 2000 terminal server that is also running Microsoft Exchange 2000 server. Do you know if this is compatible? ARe there any knowns issues with this? Is there anything I have to do to make it work? Any advice is appreciated
