ctrl +c/ctrl + v Outlook98 with Win2k

I have an issue with outlook98 using calendar.
This only happens in W2K. The issue is, if I
have an appointment on monday at 230, but I
want to copy the appointment and paste it on X
(doesnt matter) it won’t let you. If you have
never done it before it will allow you to do it
once. If you try again it will not allow it to
happen. Any ideas? Thanks!
