Customise thousand seperator in MS Excel

I want to customise the thousand seperator in MS Excel. Generally if we write 125000000 using thousand seperator, it is displayed as 125,000,000 but i want it to appear as 12,50,00,000. Can anyone suggest whether this can be done or not and if yes then how?
