Customising Outlook Views

I’m having trouble trying to work out a way to customise a “single screen view” in Outlook 2000/XP which includes a web page and other aspects of Outlook to act like a portal type environment.

I can get a whole web page to show OR Outlook features, but not both on the same screen. For example I want to see a summary of my Inbox, Tasks and Calendar (in 1/3 of the screen) and a web page (in the other 2/3).

Outlook has vey powerful customisation features so I know it must be possible. I know of products like Digital Dashboard, but I’m sure there’s an easier way. Thanks!
