CV Format Help?

Hi,
I am an ERP consultant/developer with about three years experience in a small firm.I have worked on many projects for many clients all with different and dynamic specifications.

My problem is that my current cv has an outline format which gives the Client name/project name and a paragraph of what the project was about. This of course spans many pages now which is a problem.

Any ideas on how I can display my skills while not leaving out too much detail in a compact document.

It might come in handy while applying for a job at a competitor e.t.c but perhaps not in a different industry sector.
