database and labels in Works 7.0

I have a Works database with address data; as it has more than address data I am not using an addressbook. I know how to produce envelopes from a subset of the entries, and how to switch to a distinct but similar database. I do not know how to do either of these things for labels. What should I do to produce labels from a marked subset of the entries? I know how to do these things in Works 4.x.
