Delete task – Outlook still Bolds date

My company president has a blackberry 7280, a windows 2000 pc operating system and synchs Outlook 2000 with Blackberry Desktop manager version 3.6.0.63.

When he deletes a single instance of a recurring task and then syncs, the task is deleted from outlook, but the date on the small 3 month calendar in Outlook still shows in bold.

How can he make the small 3 month calendar also take the bold off the date when he deletes the task?
