Deleteing a folder

I still can’t delete the folder.

c:\Documents and Settings\(username)

Remember: I changed the owners name of the pc and now I can’t delete the folder or even RENAME the folder.

When I go into command prompt it still show the original owners name in the path still.
C:\Documents and Settings\(username) anything I can do?
Suggestions?
