Deleting NDR msgs from Badmail folder

Hello,

I would like to know if I can just delete these messages from the Exchsrvr\Mailroot\VS 1\Badmail directory by just deleting the files using Windows Explorer?

Or is there a special utility in Exchange Server 2000 which I should use to do so?

I would appreciate any help from anyone out there.
