Device\Harddisk2\DR2

When i try and run my Daytimer Organizer and also my Spy Bot Search and Destroy i get the following message
“There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk2\DR2.” My opetions are Cancel – Try Again – Continue. I can get into my programs but i get this message every time i start up the program. Any Idea what is causing this and what i can do about it?
