Digital Signing for Mustek scanner

I am running W2K Professional and have just installed the driver for Mustek 1200 UB Plus Scanner. When the digital signature screen comes up (indicating not tested), I select Yes to install the driver and my PC automatically reboots. I can’t get pass this stage.

Need help I’ve been working on this for the past 2 days.
