Disabling Install on Demand

Does anyone know a good way to disable “install on demand” for Office 2000? I have both Access 97 and Access 2000 installed (Yes, it is critical for both to be on my PC), but I have some scheduled macros which error out occasionally. I suspect theproblems are due to the REALLY annoying part of Office 2000 that seems to think I need to reinstall Access every time I start it up.

Is there anything I can do to disable this? The macros need to run on a daily basis – I can NOT accept errors.
