Displaying Yes/No in MS Access

Hi, i am designing a database for a patient monitoring system, i have a table with values 0, 1, but on the form i want it to display Yes (1), No (0). the values Yes/No are for patient wards e.g patient referred to Pediatrics (Y), Surgery (No), Medicine (No)
