Distribution Lists

I need to create a second Global Mailing list on my server for our business contacts. We have an existing Global list that has our employees. I have the contact list in a CSV file format and want to import it into a new list available to everyone which can be unpdated on a regular basis. Trying to figure our where to start. Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.
